At the beginning of the event

  • welcome new comers
  • advise members of the facilities
  • introduce the schedule of the night

Before presentation

  • introduce the presenter based on the provide bio
  • ask the members to give the presenter a "warm hand"

After the presentations

  • thank the presenter in front of the members
  • thank the presenter personally

At the end of the event

  • thank members for coming to the event
  • make an announcement for the date of the next meet-up
